ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Academic Year : April to March

To seek admission to the school, a child must first have his/her name registered. However, registration does not guarantee admission. Typically, students are registered in December for the forthcoming academic session.

Step 1 : Admission Registration

- Obtain the registration form from the SCHOOL ADMISSIONS OFFICE and submit it once completed. - The registration form can also be filled out and submitted ONLINE via our website.

Age Eligibility

Nursery: 3+ years as of 1st April of the year in which admission is sought.

 

Kindergarten (K.G.): 4+ years as of 1st April of the year in which admission is sought.

 

Preparatory (Prep): 5+ years as of 1st April of the year in which admission is sought.

Step 2- School Visit & Interaction with the Principal

Parents and guardians are cordially invited to visit the school campus to acquaint themselves with the institution’s culture and ethos. Attendance at an interaction session with the Principal is compulsory, enabling parents to address their queries and gather any necessary information.

Step 3 – Entrance Test

Registered children are required to participate in an interaction or a written entrance test. For Nursery, KG, and Prep, admission is granted through an interaction, while for grades I to IX, admission is contingent upon the results of an entrance test.

Step 4 – Admission Documentation

The following documents need to be submitted along with the Admission Form.

  • Copy of the Birth Certificate (issued by municipal corporation)
  • Copy of Report Card of previous year (only needed for admission to class 1 onwards).
  • Original TC from the previous school (for students seeking admission from class 2 onwards)
  • Proof of residence
  • 2 Photographs of the student
  • 1 family photograph (with parents)
  • Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification
  • Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students.

Step 5 – Payment of Fees

Upon satisfactory completion of the aforementioned steps, parents will be extended an offer of admission and can proceed to pay the relevant fees to secure their child’s enrollment.
